What happens if I need to change my address?

You will be able to update your address at any time up until the items arrive and are ready to ship. You will be notified 48 hours prior to addresses locking in!

I've chosen a variant of an item and now want to change my mind. Can you fix this for me?

In order to make sure production goes smoothly, the order quantity placed is based on the survey answers received and I will not be able to make changes to your order. Please make sure you select what you want want before locking in!

I have moved but didn't update my address before the package was sent out. Can you reship my package?

All packages are shipped using a third party carrier, and returns are disposed of. I will not be able to reship your package unless another order is placed. Please make sure to double check your shipping address, as email reminders will be sent out!

There is an issue with my package. Please help!

Please email me at [email protected] with your Kickstarter backer number and photos of any issues with your purchase. I will be happy to help you out and reship anything for free if the fault is on my end. If I need you to ship back the item to me, I will need to receive it before shipping out your exchange and I will cover the postage fees via Paypal once provided an invoice. Refusal to ship back the item back to my address will result in a denied exchange. The item must arrive to me in the same condition as it was shipped out, otherwise there may be additional fees when shipping out your replacement.

All add-ons and freebies have been placed inside the bag to make sure they aren’t damaged in transit. Please make sure to check inside before inquiring about missing items!

I haven't heard from this project in a while. Are there any updates?

Updates are made once I get any on my end. If there is a period of silence, I likely haven’t received any photos or updates from my manufacturers! The manufacturing process can be long for an order with a large quantity. If the bags are already being shipped to me, I don’t have any additional tracking information until the bags have reached my country’s port as they are being shipped via sea. This especially applies if you’re wondering before the estimated shipping timeline of June 2023. Rest assure that if there are any delays, they will be communicated through Kickstarter updates.

If I purchase an item in your online store, can I get it shipped with my Kickstarter reward to save on shipping?

Yes! Just leave a note at checkout with your backer number for easy combining when everything is ready to go out. Your shop order will not be shipped out until your Kickstarter reward. Please note that additional shipping costs may be required as I charge shipping based on weight, but I will refund the difference from the shipping fees collected on my website at the time of shipment. Orders without notes will be shipped out as normal and not combined with your Kickstarter reward (nor will shipping charges be refunded). In case of issues with stock (this may happen after in stock items are held and miscounted for several months), you may be partially refunded.

There was an additional charge at the border when I already paid for shipping. Can you cover this?

Duties and taxes charged by your country are at the responsibility of the buyer. If your package is returned due to refusal to pay these fees, your pledge cannot be refunded as the third party shipping company I use accepts returns to their disposal site.

They plush keychains and scrunchies don't look exactly like the photo. Can I get a replacement?

Please note that the crocheted items (keychains and scrunchies) are all handmade. There are bound to be slight variation between each one, and no two scrunchies/keychains are identical. Unless there is a large flaw with the item(s), they cannot be replaced!

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Terms and Conditions

No refunds can be made once orders are put through. All funds are used to put the items into production.
