Small Change to Survey Regarding Inserts

Hi everyone! I realized there was a small error in the options for choosing additional inserts regarding the red and blue colours matching the original bag variant. It was originally grouped up into two, where you couldn't choose between red or blue - a new option has been added to fix the issue! Please double check your survey if you have already selected that option to make sure you get the correct colour you want (you'll still be able to edit your survey before we lock in choices on December 15th). Apologies for the mistake!

Surveys Sent Out

Hi everyone! Thank you to those who have filled out the survey if you were part of the smoke test. Everything looks good to go on my end, so I've gone ahead and sent out the rest of the surveys. You have until December 15th to answer it, confirming which item(s) you've purchased along with your shipping address. You will be able to add on any items from the Kickstarter you didn't get the chance to before it ended now, if you wish. Shipping addresses can be changed anytime up until the items arrive, so it is highly recommended you fill out your survey as soon as possible so I can tally up how many of each item to order.

Smoke Test Sent Out

Hi everyone! I've sent the smoke test for the survey to 5% of backers in each tier. If you are one of the backers that got a survey in their email, you are encouraged to fill it out ASAP! If there are any issues with the survey at all, please feel free to contact me with here on Kickstarter or email me at [email protected] and I'll be happy to help you out.
Once I take a look at the survey results and make sure everything runs smoothly, I will release the surveys to everyone else (likely in one week). The survey deadline will be December 15th, which is when I plan to place the order with my manufacturer!

Survey Smoke Test Going Out Tomorrow + Last Chance for Errored Backers

Hi everyone! I've just finished going through the survey with Backerkit and will be ready to do the smoke test (release to 5% of the backers for this project to test and make sure everything looks good) tomorrow. I'll make another update when they're sent out, and encourage those who have gotten the survey to help fill it out ASAP.
For errored backers, you should have received a message from me last week and I will be sending one last reminder today as your pledge will be dropped tomorrow if not fixed by the end of the day.
I have set up the pre-order store through Backerkit, so if you missed the deadline, most of the items are still at the Kickstarter price (with the exception of the early bird bag). If you pledged for an early bird bag, you can just shoot me a message and I'd be happy to make you a custom listing to match your Kickstarter pledge through my store. The pre-order store will be open until December 15th!
When I send out the survey, if you wish to make more add-ons, you can do so then instead of placing another order through the pre-order store on Backerkit.

Errored Backers

Hi everyone! As the project has ended, we are now moving forward with a few things:
Errored Backers
I have just sent a mass message through Kickstarter if you happen to be one of the errored backers. You'll have until November 17th to fix your payment, otherwise Kickstarter will automatically drop your pledge. If your pledge is dropped, I will be unable to fulfill your reward, as payment was not collected. Kickstarter should have already sent you an email with the link to fix it, or you can click on the banner on the top of your Kickstarter page.
A reminder will be sent out mid week next week if your pledge is still errored to make sure you guys are able to get your reward if you're still interested.
If you are having any issues at all with Kickstarter and would still like to receive your reward, you can reply to my DM and I'll be happy to set up an alternative payment method through my online store while honouring any Kickstarter exclusive freebies.
