Thank you so much for backing the Kickstarter! You will be receiving an email in one week with your survey to fill out which item(s) you've pledged for and provide me with a shipping address.
Why wait a week?
While running Kickstarter projects, there are several things to take care of when the project deadline is over. For some backers, their card may not have yet been charged. This might be because there is an issue with the card you have provided, and Kickstarter will have sent you an email to remedy the issue within 7 days. If your pledge is not fixed within this deadline, you will automatically be dropped from the project and your reward will not be fulfilled. I will send messages periodically throughout the week as a reminder if you are one of these backers!
Taking this into account may change the timeline a little bit, in terms of the pre-production phase. However, the bags are still estimated to arrive to you by June 2023 as of right now.
Survey process + deadlines
Not all surveys will be sent out at the same time. Because I am using BackerKit, a smoke test survey will be sent out to 5% of backers from each pledge level of this campaign on November 17th. This is to ensure there aren't any errors in the survey and will run smoothly for everyone else! Shortly after, I will make another update when it is ready for everyone else. The deadline to fill out your surveys will be December 15th. Your card will be charged the day after, in which manufacturing production will begin. When the survey is sent out to you, you may add on additional items if you missed your chance before the Kickstarter ended. Shipping will also be charged here, as you weren't charged on Kickstarter. Stretch Goals Status
All stretch goals have been unlocked! This means you'll be able to choose from all items offered in this Kickstarter when it's time to fill out your survey.
If you are interested in purchasing items from my online store to ship with your Kickstarter reward, you can do so! Just leave a note at checkout with your backer number for easy combining when everything is ready to go out. Your shop order will not be shipped out until your Kickstarter reward and excess shipping costs will be refunded at the time of shipment. Orders without notes will be shipped out as normal and not combined with your Kickstarter reward (nor will shipping charges be refunded). In case of issues with stock (this may happen after in stock items are held and miscounted for several months), you may be partially refunded. The deadline to place an order in the shop to ship with your Kickstarter reward will be up until shipping addresses are locked in. Please note that if you purchase pre-order in the store, your Kickstarter reward may be held if they're not already in stock when the rest of the Kickstarter rewards are being sent out.
While the items from this Kickstarter have been added to the shop, you may wish to wait until they are available through the Backerkit survey is available to place orders on additional items available in the Kickstarter. This will make it easier for me to combine your orders, and you won't be charged excess shipping costs that will be refunded at a later date. For items not available in the Kickstarter and only in my online shop, you're free to place the order whenever you like before the deadline!
